Candidates wishing to apply for AILET 2024 should pay attention here. The ongoing registration process for All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2024 by the National Law University of Delhi (NLU) will be closed today i.e. on 15 November 2023. The application process is going on on the official website. All interested and eligible candidates who have not yet applied for it can submit applications through the official website nationalawuniversitydelhi.in. Candidates will get a chance to update their application form till 15th November.
The university has scheduled the written examination for AILET 2024 on December 10 for admission to BALL.B.(Hons.), LL.M., and Ph.D. Program for the academic year 2024-25. The exam will be conducted in pen-paper mode from 11 am to 12:30 pm. Admit cards for this will be uploaded on November 20, 2023.
What is the eligibility to apply?
B.A. For L.LB.(Hons.): Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2 system) or equivalent examination with 45% marks. Candidates appearing for the 12th class annual examination in 2024 are eligible to apply. For LLM: LLB or equivalent law degree with 50% marks. Candidates appearing for the 12th class annual examination in 2024 are eligible to apply. PHD. For. Programme: Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in relevant social sciences or humanities with 55% marks. UGC-JRF candidates and foreign nationals are exempted from AILET.
AILET 2024 Application Fee
General/OBC/EWS/Foreign National/Kashmiri Migrant category candidates applying for AILET 2024 will have to pay Rs 3,500. While candidates belonging to SC/ST and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) are required to pay Rs 1500. There will be no fee for SC/ST category candidates belonging to Below Poverty Line (BPL).
How to apply for AILET 2024
First of all go to the official website nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. Then register yourself and proceed with the application process. After this fill the details carefully and submit the application form. Then upload the documents, deposit the application fee and click on submit button. Then print the confirmation paper, for your records.
