QS Asia University Rankings 2024: QS Asia University Rankings 2024 have been announced. The country has overtaken China with the highest number of universities. 148 Indian universities have been included in this ranking. There are 07 Indian universities included in the top 100 Asian universities. Maximum 37 new entries have been included from India. IIT Bombay is the highest ranked Indian institute with 40th position.
In the QS Asia University Rankings, IIT Delhi is ranked 46th, IIT Madras is ranked 53rd, IISc is ranked 52nd and IIT Kharagpur is ranked 61st. IIT Bombay excelled in academic reputation (83.5) and employer reputation (96), achieving an overall score of 67.2 out of 100. It also performed well in faculty-student ratio (14.8), staff with PhDs (100), and papers per faculty (95.7), among other indicators.
Let us tell you that IIT Bombay is at 149th position in the QS World Ranking 2024. The top five positions in the QS World University Rankings 2024 are held by Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge University, Oxford University, Harvard University and Stanford University respectively.
