HPPSC SET 2023: There is a news for the candidates who want to apply for HPPSC SET. The registration process for HPPSC SET 2023 has been started by Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission. The application process is going on on the official website. Candidates who want to apply for the State Eligibility Test can do so through the official website of HPPSC at hppsc.hp.gov.in. According to the details given in the notification, the last date to apply is 17 November 2023.
Eligibility Criteria
General/Unreserved/General-EWS candidates applying for this should have at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in Master’s degree in Humanities (including Languages) and Social Sciences, Computer Science and Applications from Universities/Institutes recognized by the UGC. ) are eligible for this examination.
Selection Process
The test will consist of two papers. Both the papers will have only objective type multiple choice questions in two different sessions. Except for Language paper and Computer Science, the medium of question papers will be in English and Hindi only.
Application fee
The application fee for General Category candidates applying for this is ₹ 1150/-, for General-EWS/Other Backward Class (Non-Creamy Layer) of Himachal Pradesh and ₹ 600/- for General-EWS/Other Backward Class (Non-Creamy Layer) of Himachal Pradesh and for Scheduled Caste, Himachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe, BPL category of the state is ₹ 325/-.
