Sikkim: After the incident of cloud burst in the north-eastern state of Sikkim, the State Education Department on Thursday issued instructions to close all government and private schools, colleges and universities till October 15. Earlier, in a circular on Wednesday, the Education Department had ordered the closure of government and private schools till October 8.
