Nisha is originally from a village in Bhiwani, Haryana, where she started her preparation after graduation. He comes from an ordinary family and his father works in the electricity department. From the very beginning, his grandfather inspired him to study and his grandfather played an important role in reaching UPSC. After completing Intermediate, Nisha obtained BA Honors degree from a renowned college of Delhi University. Then prepared for UPSC and succeeded in the first attempt.
Nisha, who stood 51st in UPSC Civil Services 2020, believes that success can be achieved by studying for 8 to 9 hours every day. This time may be more or less according to the capabilities of each candidate. Nisha says that with the right strategy and hard work you can become successful quickly.
What advice did you give?
Nisha says that candidates should study according to NCERT syllabus, so that candidates should strengthen their base. After this, preparation should be done from regular books. Nisha says that if you are facing difficulty in preparation then you should take help of coaching. You can also prepare from the material available on the internet.
