OSSSC Recruitment 2023 Registration Underway: If you are looking for a government job and have studied this particular subject, then you can apply for these recruitments of OSSSC. Odisha Sub-ordinate Staff Selection Commission has announced recruitment for more than 900 posts of Laboratory Technician. Those candidates who want to apply for these vacancies can fill the form in the prescribed format. The application link has been activated from 21st September. The last date to apply for these posts is 15 October 2023.

Who can apply
To apply, it is necessary that the candidate must have passed 10 + 2 science subjects from the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha or its equivalent. Besides, the candidate should also have Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from Government Medical College or Hospital. If we talk about age limit, then the age limit for these posts has been fixed at 21 to 38 years, which will be calculated from September 15, 2023. Reserved category will get relaxation in age limit.
How will the selection be done?
Candidates will be selected for these recruitments of OSSSC through written examination. It will be organized in all the districts. The exact date of the exam has not come yet but it has been made clear that the exam will be conducted in the month of November.
If we talk about paper pattern, there will be a total of 100 questions in this exam. These will be MCQ type and the duration of the paper will be two hours.
No fees will have to be paid
You do not have to pay any fee to apply for these posts i.e. the application fee is zero. If we talk about salary, after selection the salary ranges from Rs 25,500 per month to Rs 81,100.
