IRRI: Dr Swati Nayak, a top scientist at the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI), has been nominated for the prestigious Norman E Borlaug Award for Field Research and Application for 2023. She is the South Asia Head of Seed Systems and Product Management at IRRI in New Delhi.
