The company’s regulatory team is looking for eligible candidates for the post of Deputy Manager Tax Merger and Acquisition (Deputy Manager Job). This appointment will be for Bangalore.

Companies Act 2013, FEMA, SEBI (SEBI Regulations), NBFC (Banking Regulations), LLP (Limited Liability Partnership), Stamp Duty, Competition Act Consulting and cooperating with the Client in relation to other Corporate Laws including; Being a part of the regulatory team, advising the Company and the Client, ensuring compliance with Corporate Law; Dealing with clients in matters of merger, de-merger, project management, monitoring, advance review etc.; Keeping a constant vigil on the papers, bills, policies issued by the government and other regulators and keeping the clients updated
Qualification
Those with the degree of Company Secretary can apply for this post. At the same time, candidates who have completed Chartered Accountancy and/or Bachelor of Law can also apply for this post. Preference will be given to candidates having experience of leading a team of at least 2-3 people in the previous company.
