Purvanchal University PU Exam: Fine of two lakh rupees imposed on the college for rigging the answer sheets

PU Exam: In the meeting of the examination committee of Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, a college was fined two lakhs and debarred for three years for falsifying answer sheets during the examination. Apart from this, three other colleges accused of mass copying have also been debarred from the examination center for three years. In the meeting, it has been agreed to conduct the examination of nursing colleges.

Online offline meeting of the examination committee was held on Tuesday by Vice Chancellor Prof Nirmala S. Maurya, in which more than one and a half dozen agendas were considered. In the meeting, the case of falsification of copies in the examination came to light in Shiv Mahavidyalaya Hariharpur Dobhi of Jaunpur district. Taking it seriously, the committee has imposed a fine of two lakhs, considering it guilty of exchanging answer sheets. The college was debarred from the examination center for three years. Along with the action of negligence on the principal, an explanation has been sought.

In the main examination 2021, the flying team had marked three dozen examination centers in mass copy and handed them over to the UFM department. The matter was brought to the examination committee, in which 3 colleges were found guilty after deliberation. They were also debarred for three years.

In the meeting, the examination of the session 2019-20 of Bedant Nursing College, Lachirampur Azamgarh, Sainik Nursing College Mau was pending. Which it was agreed to do. It has been decided to declare the results of the students whose PG first year examination was affected due to Kovid and the result did not come on the basis of second year. It was agreed to give chance to such PG students who have failed in theory subject in the main examination. Registrar Mahendra Kumar conducted the meeting.

The meeting was attended by Prof. BB Tiwari, Prof. Ajay Pratap Singh, Prof. Avinash, Dr. Ravi Prakash, Dr. Samar Bahadur, Dr. Vijay Kumar Singh, Dr. OP Singh, Dr. Anand Singh, Dr. Rahul Singh, Dr. Vijender Singh, Controller of Examinations VN Singh, Amritlal Patel. be present.

Clarification on Negligence in Curriculum
Jaunpur. In the PU Examination Committee, it was agreed to conduct the examination of Library and Information Science session 2019-20, 2020 -21 conducted in Madiyahun PG College. But the explanation was sought on the college for the last 3 years due to negligence in the same course.

Not found in the marksheet of Microbiology Third Paper of Indira Gandhi PG College Maryadpur Mau BSc Part 2nd Year 2021. But on the basis of average, approval was given to issue their examinations and conduct them. On receipt of two answer sheets of the same candidate, the committee, taking serious note of it, ordered the concerned colleges to fix the accountability and take clarification.
