J&K 12th Result News: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) on Tuesday declared the results of Class 12 annual regular examination session 2021, in which girls have outshone all streams. It has been said in the release of the board that a total of 75% students have passed the annual examination. A total of 72180 candidates had appeared in the annual examination, out of which 54,075 candidates have passed. This time girls have performed better than boys.
Girls outperformed boys in the examination. Girls topped in both the streams. The pass percentage of girls has been recorded as 78, while the pass percentage of boys is 72. It is worth noting that the class 12 exam had started on November 11 last year and ended on December 6. Over 80,000 students had registered for the exam in 739 designated exam centers in government and private schools in Kashmir.
Last year, the Jammu and Kashmir government had announced 30 per cent relaxation in syllabus for class 10th to 12th students in its annual regular 2021 examination. This exemption was given in view of the Corona epidemic and it was applicable to students of Kashmir and Jammu divisions, apart from students of the Union Territory of Ladakh.
Candidates who appeared in this examination can check their result by visiting the official website of Jammu and Kashmir Board at jkbose.nic.in. For this, they have to go to the website and click on the link of the result and enter their roll number and related information.
