Such was the study till graduation
Junaid Ahmed studied up to Intermediate from Aligarh Muslim University. During this time he was not too serious about studies and this was the reason why he remained an average student. After Intermediate, he did his graduation from IGNOU through distance learning. In the last year of graduation, he made up his mind to go to UPSC. This dream of Junaid Ahmed completely changed his life. He joined Jamia Residential Coaching to prepare for UPSC. Here he started preparing after working hard.
Success after a long struggle
Junaid Ahmed failed in UPSC three times in a row. During this, he showed a lot of patience and made the fourth attempt. In the fourth attempt, he passed the UPSC exam but the rank came 352. In such a situation, he got IRS service. Junaid was determined to become an IAS officer. So he made the fifth attempt. This time he fulfilled his dream by securing All India Rank 3. He started from zero and worked hard to get the top rank in UPSC.
