Notice of employment to fill vacancies in the Central Government including clerk, assistant, data entry; 12th class graduates can apply!

SSC CHSL recruitment 2022 apply soon: The Central Personnel Selection Board (SSC) has issued a notification to fill the vacancies in the Central Government Departments including Clerk, Assistant and Data Entrant.

SSC conducts examinations for vacant posts in Central Government Departments and recruits qualified candidates. Twelfth grade graduates in that category are to fill vacancies including clerk, assistant, data entry. Eligible and interested candidates should apply by 07.03.2022.

Lower Division Clerk (LDC) / Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA)

Postal Assistant (PA) / Sorting Assistant (SA)

Data Entry Operator (DEO)

Data Entry Operator, Grade ‘A’

Educational Qualification : Twelfth (12th) class students can apply for these posts. However some positions will require some additional qualifications.

Age eligibility : Those between 18 and 27 years of age can apply on 01.01.2022. However, there is an age limit relaxation of 5 years for SC / ST sections, 3 years for OBC sections and 10 years for transferees.

Salary details

Lower Division Clerk (LDC) / Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA): Pay Level-2 (Rs. 19,900-63,200)

Postal Assistant (PA) / Sorting Assistant (SA): Pay Level-4 (Rs. 25,500-81,100)

Data Entry Operator (DEO): Pay Level-4 (Rs. 25,500-81,100) and Level-5 (Rs. 29,200-92,300)

Data Entry Operator, Grade ‘A’: Pay Level-4 (Rs. 25,500-81,100)

Method of selection : Eligible candidates for these posts will be selected through Computer Based Examination, Descriptive Paper and Skill Test / Typing Test.

The computer route exam will be held over a period of 1 hour for 200 marks. This exam will ask a total of 100 questions as 25 questions each from English, General Knowledge, Skills and Mathematics. 2 marks will be given for each question. Wrong answer will be deducted 0.5 marks.

The written test will take place over a period of 1 hour for 100 marks. This exam will be in the categories of essay writing, letter writing, detailed answering etc.

The competency test is a qualifying test. Skills including typing will be tested.
