Bihar School-College Reopening News: The state will be unlocked from Monday as the pace of corona infection in Bihar has almost stopped and schools, colleges, coaching, religious institutions, gyms, parks, shops and shopping malls will open with necessary restrictions.
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar tweeted after a high-level meeting of the Disaster Management Group chaired by him on Sunday, “The situation of corona has been reviewed. In view of the improvement in the situation of corona infection, all schools up to class 8 with 50 percent capacity. And all the schools and colleges and coaching institutes belonging to classes 9th and above will be able to open with 100% attendance.
CM Nitish said that all government offices will open normally every day. Only vaccinated visitors will be allowed to enter the office. He said that all shops, establishments, shopping malls and religious places would open normally. All parks and gardens will be open from 6 am to 2 pm. Cinema halls, clubs, gyms, stadiums, swimming pools, restaurants and food shops (with visitors) will be able to open with 50 percent capacity. The Chief Minister said that with the prior permission of the district administration, all kinds of social, political, entertainment, cultural and religious events could be organized with the requisite precautions. He said that marriage ceremonies, funeral and Shradh programs can be organized with the presence of a maximum of 200 persons. Mr. Kumar said, “All of us Biharis still need to take precautions due to COVID. Social distancing along with use of masks is absolutely essential.”
Let us tell you that the Uttar Pradesh government has also decided to open all the schools and colleges from Monday. However, an order in this regard will be issued on Monday itself.
