Success Story of IAS: Mamta Yadav, 24, a resident of Basai, a small village in Mahendragarh district of Haryana, secured the fifth rank in All India in the UPSC examination of 2020. In Haryana, from where Mamta comes, for the first time, a woman IAS officer has become. On the arrival of his result, happiness was celebrated in the whole village.
Mamta’s mother Saroj Devi is a duodenum. Father Ashok Yadav works in a private company. Smart in studies, Mamta studied from Hindu College of Delhi University and she was the topper. Since then she was trying to become an IAS. For this she started preparing for UPSC. Mamta, who studied for 10 to 12 hours, has prepared for this exam almost by herself. Before UPSC, he had also passed the SSC exam.
In 2020, Mamta gave the UPSC exam. Then his rank was 556. After passing the examination, he was sent for training in the Indian Railway Personnel Service. But Mamta Yadav was not satisfied with this and after working hard again she took this exam and got the fifth rank in All India with an improvement of 551 ranks. There are very few people who become an inspiration and role model for others.
Mamta Yadav is the first woman from her village, who joined the civil services and became an IAS. Along with the family, every child of the village is happy on achieving this position. It is expected that with this success, new light will spread in the village and in future also girls will become IAS, IPS officers.
