The result of Tripura Board 10th 12th Term-1 Exam will be declared in mid-February. This information was given by Dr. Bhabatosh Saha, Chairman, Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE).
Saha said, “Term I evaluation of class 10 and class 12 examinations is nearing completion. The processing of results this year will be done within the board with the help of an external agency. We expect the results to be declared in mid-February.
He said that the Term I results will be declared online and no marksheet will be given.
A total of 1,250 teachers were engaged in the evaluation of Class 12 Term I answer sheets while another 2,900 teachers were engaged in the evaluation work of Class 10 answer sheets. The examination was conducted from January 19 keeping in mind the social distancing and Kovid-19 guidelines.
This time 43,180 students from 1026 schools are registered in class 10th term-1 examination and 28,902 students from 406 schools are registered in class 12th term-1 examination.
Regarding the pattern of Term II exam, Saha said that there will be three sets of question papers for both class 10 and 12. Candidates will be asked to apply for Term II examinations from March 15.
He said, ‘On the basis of the pattern of Term-1, the question paper of Term-2 will be set. The paper will have 10 multiple choice questions, 20 very short type questions and 5 short type questions.
He said that if the Term II examination is not conducted in April due to the pandemic then the Term I results will be made the basis of evaluation.
