School Reopening: Officials of the Union Education Ministry said that schools are fully open in 11 states. Schools will open in Odisha on February 7

With Covid cases starting to decline, the Odisha government has decided to reopen schools and colleges across the state from February 7. This announcement was made by Chief Secretary Suresh Chandra Mohapatra in a press conference on 3 February. He announced that physical classes, colleges, universities and other technical educational institutions would reopen from February 7 for students of classes 8 to 12. The Chief Secretary said that classes for students from KG to 7 are going to reopen from February 14.

In view of the increasing cases of Kovid in Punjab, the state government has extended the date of closure of educational institutions of Punjab, order to keep schools, colleges, universities, coaching classes and other educational institutions closed till 8 February 2022. has given. Schools from class eight to 12 have opened in West Bengal, but at present, primary schools will not open in West Bengal.
