Punjab School Closed: In view of the increasing cases of Kovid in Punjab, the state government has decided to set up educational institutions of Punjab. (Punjab School Closed) The date of closure has been extended, schools, colleges, universities, coaching classes and other educational institutions have been ordered to remain closed till 8 February 2022. Although this order will not apply to medical and nursing colleges, they can take offline classes. (offline classes) will continue. All other educational institutions have been ordered to remain closed and continue online classes. The cases of corona in the state are increasing. The state has taken this decision after seeing the increase in corona cases.
Whereas in many states Corona (Corona Case) In view of the decrease in cases, educational institutions are reopening. Karnataka, Maharashtra and many others have reopened their schools and colleges at full capacity. Several private school associations are opposing the bandh and have claimed that parents and students are demanding the reopening of schools and colleges. Also, the management of schools, district administrators and staff have been asked to ensure that people in the age group of 15 to 18 years are being vaccinated.
Talking about restrictions in the state, gathering of 500 people has been allowed indoors and 1000 people outside, subject to 50% capacity of the venue, the gathering will have to follow the Corona safety protocol. Curfew has also been imposed on the movement of non-essential activities between 10 pm and 5 am.

All bars, cinema halls, spas, malls, restaurants, spas etc. will operate at 50% capacity. No restrictions will be imposed on the movement of essential commodities such as raw materials, pharmaceutical drugs including medical equipment and diagnostic test kits.
