60 lakh new jobs: Regarding the employment in the budget, the Finance Minister said that the government is focusing on empowering the youth, women and poor of the country. The next target of the government is to create 60 lakh jobs. According to the budget, 16 lakh jobs will be given under self-reliant India and 60 lakh jobs will come under Make in India.
Skill development programs to resume: It has been said in the budget that skill development programs will be started again. For this e-portal will be launched and these courses will be run by ITI skill development of the states.
