In this recruitment drive, vacancies will be filled in various departments including Bihar Administrative Service, Bihar Financial Service, Bihar Election Service, Bihar Education Service, Bihar Planning Service. Earlier this exam was initially for 555 seats, but its vacancy has been increased several times.
In the last week of December, four posts were increased in the number of vacancies, these posts are of Probation Officer (Bihar Probation Service) Home Department (Cara). Now the total number of vacancies in BPSC 67th has increased to 798. Earlier 65 posts of Labor Enforcement Officer and three posts of Jail Superintendent were increased.

Please note that applicants will have to appear in three phases of examination. The first step for the candidates is to clear the preliminary exam. The duration of the preliminary exam will be of 2 hours, in which total questions will be asked for 150 marks. After this the main examination will be conducted. The candidates who will qualify in the main examination will be called for Physical Eligibility Test (PST). After clearing these three examinations, the final selection of the candidates will be done through the merit list.
